Home Our Cupcakes Order Food Service FAQ

Q. Why are cupcakes so popular?

A. Cupcakes are conveniently portable and perfectly portioned, making them a guilt free indulgence.

Q. How do I care for my cupcakes?

A. We encourage you to enjoy your cupcakes the day you purchase them. Our cupcakes and frostings are made fresh daily, with no preservatives. If you need to save your cupcakes for the next day, wrap the box in plastic (as air-tight as possible) and store them in the refrigerator. For optimal flavor, let your cupcakes come to room temperature before enjoying, between 68 and 72 degrees is best.

Q. Do you have a retail location?

A. We currently cater and deliver. Our retail location is coming soon. Please call or continue to check our website for updates.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. Orders can be placed by calling us at 630.510.2690 or online. Our cupcakes are sold in single flavors, by the dozen. A 48 hour advance order notice is requested.

Q. Where do you deliver?

A. We deliver throughout Dupage County and across the Chicagoland area for a nominal delivery fee. Please inquire upon ordering.

Q. Do you ship?

A. Unfortunately, cupcakes are delicate and do not ship well. However, if you are ever in the Chicago area, please give us a call.

Q. How many cupcakes can I order at one time?

A. You are welcomed to order as many cupcakes as you like. Please remember the 48 hour advance notice request.

Q. Are you a nut free establishment?

A. No, we use a variety of nuts and extracts in our products.

Q. Are your products carried by anyone else?
